Not officially a Murray Girl recipe, I think this one was adapted from the original Jiffy Corn Mix recipe for corn casserole. This is a dish that we always ask my daughter, Sara, to make for the holidays. It’s one of her Dad’s favorites. It goes great with either turkey or ham.
